About
CESAR - This organization was created to study the impact of technology on the potential rerurualization of America. The entropy allowed by ever-expanding technology in America has yielded an increasingly mobile society. The economic and social advantages leading to the urbanazation of America are being neutralized, and this will lead to a more decentralized America. Our goal, therefore, is to study the feasability of this theory and prepare rural America for the changes it will bring.
